Port Orford is a very small town of 1100 people and all our restaurants are locally owned and operated...andy they've been known to close early for a party or fishing or winter... It's often a good idea to call and check to make sure they are open.


Crazy Norwegians, 259 6th St (Hwy 101), 541.332.8601, Tues - Sun 11:30am-8pm. Fish & chips, shrimp & chips, burgers, main-dish salads, unique clam chowder. Local ambiance. Good take-out. Specials in the winter.

Golden Harvest Herban Farm, 620 9th St, 619.451.1370, Thurs - Mon 9am - 5pm. (Closed until March 6) A farm-fresh deli and bakery, with salad bar, hand-dipped ice cream, freshly made baked goods, plus clam chowder, chili, sandwiches, gyros and pasties. Grab 'n go.

Griff's on the Dock, 303 Dock Rd, 541.332.8985, Wed - Mon, 11am - 7pm. Lots of atmosphere. Chowder, fish & chips, seafood, crab.

Mr. Ed's Espresso & Juice, 1320 Oregon St (Hwy 101), Mon – Fri 6:30am – 4pm,  Sat & Sun 7:30am -3:30pm. Coffee and espresso drinks, natural juices, baked goods and custom breakfast burritos.

The Nest Cafe, 832 Oregon St (Hwy 101), 541.655.0371, Wed - Sun 10am - 4pm. Enjoy locally sourced, organic lunch fare including smoothie bowls, vegan and gluten-free options, soups, salads and more. Wide selection of artisan meats & cheeses, and specialty retail products.

Pitch's East, 236 6th St (Hwy 101), 541.332.9313. 7am - 11pm daily. Our local beer, wine and pool tavern with simple but good diner fare. Good burgers.

Pho101, 190 6th St (Hwy 101), 541.366.2400, Wed - Mon 11am - 2pm, 5 - 9pm. Vietnamese and Asian cuisine. Directions: left of Cemetery Loop to 101 north, on the right.

Redfish, 517 Jefferson St (Hwy 101), 541.366.2200, Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri: 11am - 9pm, Sat & Sun: 10am - 9pm. ) Gorgeous view of Port Orford bay. Classic French/Modern American style, using fresh Pacific Northwest ingredients. Reservations important.

Tasty Kate's, 917 Oregon St (Hwy 101), 541.290.4990, Mon - Fri, 7am - 12:30pm. Take-and-bake home-style entrees (delicious!). A variety of baked goods. Sandwiches, soup. Groceries. Catering. Beer and wine.

The Salty Dawg, 460 Madrona Ave, 541.332.4515, 2 - 10pm, daily. Bar food, homemade pizza and Mexican food - burritos and tacos. Often some kind of music during the weekends - check with them.

TJ's Cafe & Diner/Pub & Grill, 831 Oregon St (Hwy 101), 541.366.2073, Cafe: 6am - 8pm Mon - Sat, 6am - 3pm Sun; Pub: Noon - 11pm Sun - Thurs, noon - midnight Fri & Sat.  Good diner fare. Burgers, breakfasts, chicken sandwich, donuts & pastries. Good specials. In the Pub, they have poker nights, live music, karaoke, etc. Call to see what's going on.
