Port Orford is in the middle of the south Oregon Coast, halfway between Bandon and Gold Beach. On Hwy 101, it is about 60 miles north of the Oregon/California border.
It's easy to drive here. We're about 4 1/2 - 5 hours from Portland, 8 hours from Seattle, Sacramento and San Francisco, 3 hours from Eugene, Medford and Grant's Pass. I-5 is the main north-south route up the Wilamette Valley in Oregon, and there are a number of good east-west routes here from the I-5. Probably the fastest way to get here from Portland, for example, is I-5 south to the Beltline that skirts downtown Eugene and ends at 126 west. Take that to Florence, turn south on 101 and we're 2 hours away.
